Reflection.

Just answer me one thing: is this real, or has it all just been happening in my head?
Of course it's all been happening in your head, but why on Earth should that mean it isn't real?

The thoughts of my often hazy mind are revealed in this blog, sometimes in the form of words, sometimes in pictures, and sometimes in music. Take them how you want, but I'm only exposing for my own recollection.

“Lay me down and tell me everything will be alright. This could mean everything… or nothing at all.”

funny,

by the way- my best friend is convinced that my ex boyfriend lied to me throughout the whole relationship. The thing that tipped her off? Not him bringing me to the SAME EXACT places as his last ex and doing the same things with us, not him saying he’s not ready for a girlfriend but then getting one a month later, not even him telling lies about me to my friends and his. No, what tipped her off is that he once told me he never heard of Third Eye Blind and once I played them for him, he said he didn’t like them. Last night, we were laying in my room talking about The Smiths and how some people actually don’t like them. I mean, they’re great and wonderful and genuis, but it’s not unheard of. I then brought up, “disliking Third Eye Blind is unheard of. I should have known, right then and there, that I should NOT be dating Cory.” Heather says, “I’M CONVINCED HE LIED TO YOU… THROUGH THE WHOLE RELATIONSHIP.” We were kind of talking about guys too, so I figured she was ignoring my Third Eye Blind comment and going back to our first subject. “Why?” I asked. “Because,” she answered, “there is NO way he could have gone 18 years of his life, especially being a kid of the 90’s, and NOT know who Third Eye Blind was. He lied to you. He knew who they were, he just lied. And he lied about every single thing else, too.” I love her reasoning.
